A graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, Dr. Jorgensen consistently makes patient comfort a priority. She efficiently educates her patients to ensure the understanding of dental health. Dr. Jorgensen is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA), and Jefferson County Dental Society (JCDS).
Dr. Jorgensen’s personal interests include camping, four-wheeling, and spending time with her handsome dog, Duke.
A graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, Dr. Melk provides a diverse array of services and procedures including dental implants, as well as Invisalign. Dr. Melk provides a relaxed environment, conducive to patient comfort. Dr. Melk is a member of the ADA, WDA, and JCDS, as well as the American Dental Implant Association (ADIA).
Dr. Melk’s personal interests include curling and canoeing.
Nicole is a graduate of Madison College with a lifelong passion for dentistry. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association (ADHA) and WDA. Her high energy creates a positive environment for both children and adults.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys running, biking, rollerblading and spending time with her three goofy dogs.
Bonnie brings a wealth of experience and a comforting demeanor to every patient’s appointment. She enjoys working with and educating patients of all ages.

A former student of Herzing University and prior employee of Dean Health Systems, Sam has extensive experience in medical records and medical imaging. Sam specializes in processing insurance claims and patient financing.
Sam enjoys spending her free time with family.
Angela, a former dental assistant for 12 years, graduated from MATC in 2014. She has a passion for dentistry and brings care and comfort to our patient's cleanings. In her free time Angie enjoys the outdoors. She loves hunting and playing volleyball.
Beth graduated from WCTC with her dental assisting degree. Beth started her dental career at Johnson Creek Dental. She is warm and welcoming with our patients and has been a great addition to our team from the start. In her free time Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors.
Nichole began her career as one of Johnson Creek Dental's chairside assistants. She is currently in the process if graduation from MATC with her hygiene degree. Nichole likes to go camping and she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Brittany graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from UW-Whitewater and specializes in scheduling and insurance coverage. In her free time she enjoys spending time at home with her "little zoo" and coaching and competing in CrossFit.
Michaela is currently completing her generals at WCTC with plans to transfer those credits into an education in dentistry. She started her dental career with Johnson Creek Dental as a dental assistant. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, learning new things, traveling, riding and competing horses semi-professionally across the country.
Joslynn practiced as a CNA before she started her dental assisting career. Her background has given her a lot of experience as a caregiver and her passion for comforting our patients is one of her many attributes. She enjoys spending her free time up north camping and fishing with her friends and family.
